This healthstone dab pipe is a great way to enjoy a longer dab session whether on the go or at home.

A healthstone vapor stone is an inert, porous stone that sits within a dab pipe. This small stone looks like a pumice stone. 

They can be used in dab rigs or dab pipes. The concept of the healthstone, also called a dab stone, first appeared in 2010. 

You need a specifically designed pipe or rig to use them, typically with thicker glass to prevent damage during use. 

The stone is made from an inert material that doesn't produce harmful vapors. The healthstone bowl is made from thick and tempered glass.

The stone's heat retention properties help the dab vaporize more slowly than with a dab nail. This means you can dab at a slower pace and keep the session going without needing to frequently reheat the pipe. 

How to take health stone dabs:

1. Insert the dab stone into the glass bowl of the pipe. Ensure you're inserting it correctly. Most vapor stones are tapered. They require the smaller side to go in first.
2. Use a dabber to load your dab onto the stone inside the healthstone bowl. Using a glass dabber or dabber with silicone tips is recommended so as to prevent scratching the stone. 
3. Use a small double or triple-flame windproof butane torch to melt the dab. Take care not to burn the dab. You should point the tip of the flame at the dab and find the proper distance that allows the wax to melt and seep into the crevices of the porous stone pad.
4. Because the carbon retains minimal heat, you can inhale from the mouthpiece directly after heating the dab.
