5 stars for the product, except if you take off 1mm of the quartz tube it works 1000x better and doesn't load up nearly as much!
2 stars for the shipping! You really have to get this stuff out faster. It's taking 3-5 days from ordering to 1st tracking entry. Are you only doing once a week? Great products ship daily and have a next day option...

I ordered these replacement glasses for my Seahorse and forgot to ask about the caps as I had lost mine. I emailed Lookah and asked if I could add it to my order. I originally had the Seahorse pro & when it died, I replaced it with the 2.0. Had so many issues with the 2.0 I ordered this new pro to get rid of the headaches. The pro is easy to clean, has a great battery life, auto-shut off, and hits smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Tips are so impossible to clean and get black and oily all inside the unit. It works well enough. Having a battery life indicator would be really helpful

I think the snail is a great little vape. It really does look like a snail and it is very small and compact. I loved that it came in Orange which is my favorite color. I like that it has 3 heat settings and that if you forget to turn it off it shuts itself off after awhile. I also like that I have the versatility to use a cart or dabs as it came with a wax atomizer kit. I haven't used the wax atomizers yet but I'm sure they will work just fine.

I ordered this after a bad customer service experience with puffco and I have to say I actually like it a lot better than my peak which I didn’t expect. It’s a lot easier to clean and doesn’t get dirty as fast. Having the choice of different atomizers is pretty nice too. If I had to choose again I’d definitely pick this over the puffco

I bought this as an intro level vaporizer to see if the hype was real about dry herb vaporizing. It definitely is. I dont think I can go back to smoking, but I love this little guy.
You get a magnetic lock top that is really handy to use, and people definitely notice it as in "its not a screw cap? Cool!", 4 different temp settings, and a neat little cleaning tool that I promptly lost 2 days later (please sell replacements!).
It works great, but for the price you're missing out on some quality of life improvements you'll find in more expensive products. Things like accurate temps, better vapor cooling, and LONGER BATTERY LIFE. Holy cow, if you forget to charge this thing regularly, you'll be bummed. That's my biggest gripe, but I cant even be mad because for around $80, its definitely worth the money!

Probably my favorite seahorse coils. They consistently hit hard, and the design seems to keep them from losing too much vapor. Only drawback being their longevity. They definitely don't last like the IIIs.
