I love the product, hope more custom/colored glass comes out for the mini unicorn. The only knock on the product is the 10 second timer, and no Session mode for a longer duration of use. I'm unaware of any Lookah product having a session mode, and the only reason I'm still looking at Puffco products. I am looking for a session mode capable E Rig, and the Puffco Peak seems to have no competition aside from the Carta. If y'all are producing a session mode type device, let me know soon. I like y'alls price point, products, and easy access to supplies needed for Lookah products.

I guess I haven’t had much luck with a couple of your products.
The Lookah 2.0, I have to clean the thick resin that collects a lot of really gooey melted wax. I have to thoroughly clean the whole pen Every other use. Maybe I just received a bad pen. I followed all directions.
I enjoy the pens I have! I am just not impressed with this model
