I bought replacements after I broke my original glass tube. They are perfect. They fit perfectly and they look exactly like the original so you can't even tell. It also came with a replacement rubber seal as well. Overall 10 out of 10.

This thing is worth every cent. However the design of it means that if it drops onto a hardwood floor from the counter it will just shear in two where it sticks out from the plastic. Ordered two more since I broke the first one lol, but I am wondering if some kind of rubber covering around that point could help cushion and prevent it from breaking as easily.

I love this thing. It's easy to use and holds a charge for one or several sessions. The hits are great and you can do dabs etc and use most vape cartridges as well. I will buy more plus they sell the replacement for the heating element. More than one type if you want to mix it up.

For what the price, it is a pretty good device. Having a water reservoir makes the dabs more smooth and taste better. The stand is essential to the device, as it holds the seahorse upright to prevent water spilling. Do not lost the stand. Also, as with other water devices, you have to be careful not to get the coils wet and ruin them. The water can sometimes be difficult to remove and replace, some patience and finagling is required. Like I said, it is a great device for the price but has its limitations like everything else. My significant other and I also utilize the Seahorse Pro and the Unicorn Mini, both great additions to the Lookah family. If you are more mobile or looking for "less-is-more," try one of these alternatives.

The only thing that I can even think of to ask for in this product is maybe a 2nd or 3rd quartz coil replacement in the box instead of just 2 extra. If your looking for the best compact extract burner look no further just buy one and enjoy the amazing product!
